Redzu ka bijāt veikusi pasūtījumu novembrī, grūti komentēt kāpēc Jums augs neizdzīvoja. Ja augs būtu apsalis sūtīšanas laikā, Jūs to redzētu uzreiz kad augu izpakotu.
Tā kā ir pagājuši 2 mēneši, problēma ir jāmeklē auga kopšanā. Fikusiem nepatīk vietas maiņas un tas var veicināt lapu krišanu. Tāpat Fikusiem ar varigāciju nepieciešams daudz saules un tie jālaista tikai kad 1/2 no augsnes ir sausa.
